The Importance of Getting Beyond the Product
Companies that win are the companies that realize the product has people that surround it. If you can get outside your product, then you become really valuable to that person because now you're talking about things that they can actually go impact as well inside of their business. Connect two or three of your customers together to let them talk. It doesn't have to be a full blown community with all due respect. I did this put three customers together on a LinkedIn chat and see what happens. They all have it's not about you. The person who put them together is just to hear how they talk about the same problems and how they solve them.
