How to Stay Focused in China

I rarely read Twitter myself because I don't really feel that I need to stay on top of the things. And if there is something going on, I gotta learn about it. It all comes through IFTTT to the pocket and then I just open the pocket like once twice a week and then go through everything that accumulated there. Maybe like you know scroll through link in time to time so like from real time consumption is basically because I'm trying to stay kind of focused.
