The Strategic Question - Is There a Strategy?
strategy is one of those words that kind of can mean anything really. But for me, it's about helping the same focus on the stuff that matters the most. When you say no to something, you actually say no to someone. And that's where it gets even trickier because it's not to say no to an opportunity. It's a note of the person who's making or offering or creating that opportunity for you. So that's what the purpose of this question is, is it's to make that choice clear so the opportunity cost is clear.
