There's a form of therapy based on this called cognitive therapy all of our feelings are created by our thoughts. we there's no actual ranking in how we need something like we can need something that seems trivial but we needed so much feel like we're needing it so much that it's a constant obsessionYeah right what I'm curious about is you know you said that a few days later you noticed you were happy and you still didn't have that thing? You had to sort of maintain and entertaining that thought otherwise it would just by itself drop and leave you happy yeah. The beautiful people those are the the really happy peopleyeah and the mom and you start focusing on something else this is all gone
