Is There a Payback for Ssacking a Chancellor?

I don't think she got any credit from the financial markets for doing it. If you look at where the pound finished up, it was about the same as the beginning of the day. So there was nothing that happened yesterday where she could go to bed and before she shut her eyes, she could think we did well today. She ended yesterday in a far worse place than she started it. And that is clearly not the place that you want to be.
