The typical cycle of a builder which I totally get is There's an area where everyone is headed. This should be a perfect example Right everybody's heading died. Oh, we're gonna build Yes, right builders build too much. All the sudden you start having vacancy and what do you do? What do you have to do with prices? You have to bring them down. And then a correction happens. This is the normal cycleright We go into markets where it is so difficult to get product online that the normal cycle doesn't exist.
