Strauss's Contribution to Esoteric Writing

The idea of this manner of writing is not unique to Strauss. There's a wonderful book by a man named Arthur Melzer, I think, titled Right Philosophy Between the Lines. And it has an appendix that he's made for beyond a degree of doubt. So if you can get people to start thinking a little different way, eventually there could be a time when people can say the thing that you would like to say, but won't add a sort of political prudence.
