The biggest mistake i see people make when pitching is that they make it all about themselves. So the way you do this is the spotlight method. It is about taking the spotlight off of you on a pitch and putting it on the other person that you'r pitching. The more that you can get some one, and this is like an old thing that my mam used to tell me. She was like, make them think it's their idea. It will work every time. Like, if you get some one on board and do this in an authentic way, you know, not in a sales way, but really get them on board. They're going to feel like a collaborative partner
