You Know When You Don't Have a Mortgage

My wife and i bought the house last year so it's a 15 year mortgage but what we did is we sold our previous house which was paid and full and we put it all in this house. I've heard other people that you guys got on your podcast and mentioned Dave Ramsey so i would say about four years ago three years ago i started listening to Dave Ramsey and really following him to the following him religiously. So instead of paying the house down can take the money and just put it in the market and make at least 10% on the investment.
