Don't eat three hours prior to falling asleep, and don't drink cafine past 12 p m. Don't look at light between the hours of ten p m and four a m. Wearing blue like blocking glasses has some small effect but doesn't block it all out. If you knock off three nights a week, grate next week. Will work on four. You're preparing for sleep the moment that you wake up. I struggle with this every day, and that's eliminating digit al light. It really is bad.
