i'm looking at the plating sort of to give me some closer idea where things might be going. And right now, there was a while everyone started plating modern ye. It's like giniic wido, niky swoshes, lot o swoosh. Is a lot of spoon drags, all these crazy things. Iht, lot of manipulant. Is like, very manipulative. Very few people hive liked change plating, but it has happened. Now i feel like you'r seeing more restaurants just serving things. That is the plate rit right? It's the food becomes the plate itself, that is in id of itself.
