Using a Global Grid System to Subdivide Hexagons

This produces kind of a fractal shape around the edges of the cell as you as you do on the subdivision. In practice, there's a lot of things you can do that don't wind up with this problem. So it is possible to work with this in ways that are a little bit more exact to kind of avoid some of this.
