Supply Chain Attacks Detected?

We're seeing all the same usual suspects forming supply chain attacks. Nation states, cryptocurrency mining, ransomware, all of the above. The interesting part about supply chain attacks is that there's no one type of attack. It's a whole bunch of different attack points because the attack surface is so large.
