I got into this completely, also by chance, and for a personal prospective. Im an amateur amarathon runner, and i was looking into achieving a personal goal of running at full marathon under three hours. I'm mainly talking about the decision to move from a high a fat diet to a high carved diet,. especially with a lot of process foods. And as i was reading about that, i realized that th most of what i was reading, in terms of nutrition for sport, but also nutrition in general, is probably not based on science.
