i think introceptive awareness is this incredibly important capacity that really affects how we perceive the world and how we interact with the world. This was an elderly couple who'd been married for, you know, half a century. And there was this big, big difference in how they experienced their bodies,. maybe how experienced the world. But yet they never talked about it or recognized it or acknowledged it. ecase: Most of us have no idea where we would fall on the spectrum of intrceptive awareness. We claim to be good at i c scores and s a t scores but don't actually measure our intellectual ability.
