Are You Infallible?

Nobody claims to be infallible. Nobody at all. And yet so much right-wing rhetoric and extreme left-wing rhetoric is built upon the idea. What's wrong with virtue, exactly? As a fallible human in a complex world, you will sometimes get it wrong? Donald Trump probably thinks he's infallible. Even as they object to the idea that anybody else has ever allowed to be wrong about anything. Someone should write a book about this stuff.
