i agree with bill, the short term measures are basically useless. But if you had a long term or balanced approach, an stof all the above energy strategy, you'd be better positioned politically. I know senator widen's been chairman of the finance mity for a number of years but i'd like to see him channel lloyd benson or tward,. Some of his predecessors would really create a package of the broader energy independence package that would attract a lot, lot of oats.
