Is There a Recession Going On?
People are paying their bills. I'm not seeing a lot of issues around that. Same with mortgages. We haven't seen a lot of people stop paying their mortgage. It could be a kind of ugly moment for that to, for that to come back online potentially. And then we can also talk about what might be happening on the housing market either for rentals or for home ownership for sure.
