Is the Logical Buyer a Media Company or a Financial Firm?

If they want to sell it, they need a buyer. Is the logical buyer a fellow media company or some kind of financial firm that just wants to milk it for cash? i think given the way that rights have been run up lately, the cost of rights, and given where we are to day in court cutting, which has significantly accelerated, spien is probably less valuable to someone now than it was a year or two ago before things happen.
