The Global Crisis of Multi Lateralism

First time in history that a collective group of developing countries have demanded debt relief. Usually when a country says, i need debt relief, that's a signal to the global markets that you can't pay your debts. So these countries are showing that they are paying such a price that they have to be collectively gether and ask for it. And so i guess i'm just optimist. Maybe optimism isn't the right world but i'm inspired by the fact that there are 55 finance ministers out there that are saying, is enough as enough? That is a, that's the first time we've seen that, ah, in quite some time.
