I Think the Context of Medicine Is the Unaffordability of the Patient

It seems to me that the context of medicine is the unaffordability for the patient. It's the fact that we don't do this good a job on prevention, avoidanc o complications from chronic disease. We really are kind of left brain oriented through our education, that right brain. That's why we ought to be screening physicians not so much on m cat scores and these kind of reductionist pieces. And like you said, i think taking of taking a patient out of his or her context is problematic.
