The History of the Small Scale Industry in India

India has an obsession with small scale industries, which are now called MSME's being drivers of employment. But that really hasn't panned out for the country as a whole. Why do you think that happened? You almost mentioned it. And do you want to sort of tell all of us like why that was, that was the case, why did they not create jobs?
