Protein Fibre Water Is the Best Way to Control Hunger

Lean protein, vegetables and fruits are so powerful. Protein fibre water is the best thing you can do for your body to control hunger. A lean protein has very low calories plus a high satiation potential. Fruits have a ton of water. Vegetables have very little, lots of fibre,. not a whole lot of starch. Fruit is low edwith water. The point is just to prioritize protein so you eat less of everything else - adding in fibre and then adding in water.
