CNN's John Defterios talks about the radical idea of giving money directly to people and banks. But he says it would cause massive hyper inflation, which is another economic disaster for everybody. And so they didn't have a real justification to do this, but they needed it. They called it helicopter money, like there was a fire, right?Defterios: You just need to bring those helicopters full of water, douse the fire with water. The problem is t if you do that, and why this is kind of an unprecedent, why doesn't the government just do this willy nilly?
