The Effects of Exercise on Immune Function

The classic curve called coined by David Neiman back in the 1990s I think that compared to a sedentary couch potato for example if you're doing moderate exercise on a regular basis. And then people like Richard Simpson started to look at, well, the cells that are coming into the circulation. Are they the same that are those that are already around floating around when you're at rest or we're getting something different that might actually improve your immune function. So it's envisaged as being kind of a what you call an increased immune surveillance.
