How to Be a Goofy Snowboarder

Goofy is a term we use to describe someone who has their right foot in front when on a snowboard, so they go down the mountain with their right foot first. A slope is simply a surface where one side is higher than the other. An intermediate slope at a ski resort is definitely steeper than the beginner slope. Steep is an adjective used to describe a surface that is high on one side and low on the other. Something that is very steep is almost vertical.
