The WGA and the Writer's Guilt Strike

The writer's guilt has been on strike, I think, since May. So what are the prospects of the strike will be settled within a reasonable period of time? Or could this go on for months and months and months? My answer today is going to be different from my answer a week ago. Everything that I have read and heard appears for SAG, at least.
