The Black Hoods
This movie in many ways pays homage to all the things that we love of these movies, but doesn't just fall into the gimmicky traps of them. The opening of this movie feels to me like the opening of Rushmore. It has that Max Fisher-esque level of want to be perfect. And I feel like maybe that's the message that you're sending for him. He can't do it alone because he won't have any friends if he does it alone.
