The immune system is tricky. It's not as easy to pin down of like, oh, estrogen, estradiol in particular does this one thing because it doesn't ever act alone. So I don't have the best answer. But generally, generally we can say it's helpful to the immune system. Fair enough. Some people feel better at their period. Their immune symptoms go away closer to their period because their estrogen is really low. Now, for some people, it's actually hurtful. They're asked through immune systems feels 10x worse.
