The Dow's 750 Million Dollar Token Challenge

The foundation was asking for 750 million tokens, which is worth about a billion dollars. It seems as though those tokens had already been set aside for the foundation and 50 million of those tokens were sent to finance. 10 million have been sold and used to pay off debts the foundation had already accrued.
