Gospel Writing in the First Century - Luke One Through Four
We have four gospels that are anonymously written, in the sense that the evangelists never identify themselves explicitly. The closest you get in john's gospel is beloved disciples, a code name. So i thought to get a little bit of a window into gospel writing production, we would go to luke one, one through four. This is luke the historian's prologue. It gives us some insight into, i think, gospel writing in the first century.
