The Benefits of Eating More Than You Burn

If the exercise is being compensated for so that they're not actually increasing their tonally and energy expenditure much, then the fact that they eat so much. Shouldn't they be putting on weight? It's true anybody who eats more than they burn will gain weight. In the New York example of somebody burning 5000 kilocalories a day. That's beyond but the body can compensate. We just don't see it very much and we don’t see it across populations.
