The Weak Force Is Responsible for Beta Radioactive Decay
The weak force is responsible for decay. It can turn a neutron into a proton, releasing one electron and one neutrino. The Higgs boson is the fundamental particle which through the Higgs field interaction is responsible for giving mass to every massive particle. We have learned 12 matter particles, 12 of the fundamental building blocks of all matter. And those we called fermions. There's really only one key component to make this picture complete.
