On Tuesday evening, President-elect Donald Trump appointed tech billionaire Elon Musk and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to head a new initiative called the Department of Government Efficiency, or "DOGE." The goal of this department is to reduce government waste and regulation.
