Daniel Treisman: If you're trying to cram things, maybe it's not the best approach. He says if we want to be agile and have the capacity to pounce on opportunities as we bump into them, we need some intentional slack in the system. Treisman is a big believer of intentionally case like in the system - which will look like wasted time when you look at each day individually.
