Women's Lives Continue to Be Tough
Women are changing to the extent that their families allow them to. Once they marry there's a whole lot of other factors which intrude even the parents say that you're not us anymore. Women artists amazing artists who are doing fantastic work which is globally appreciated so yes there is that happening but i'd say not to the extent one would hope and expect.
