The main challenge that we we had to overcome was sometimes ar the the kind of general pebec that we got. We really wanted to bring it back to how all all other roles played a very important part. So our internal training was very much focusing on, what can you do? What is that tangible thing that you can take away and start to put into your day job? And how we can start to embed it into our business as usual process.
