The Prosecution's Decision to Free Me on Bail

I was accused of ambasling not customers money, but uh companies money. Prosecution found it was kind of difficult for them to continue on this So they went through a process which exists under japanese law where they can add new charges. When you're a foreigner in japan, it's very difficult to be freed on bail. It's not something that happens Quite often You only have a few very high profile cases that get things like that like later.
