Service Design - Is the Feedback Loop Getting in the Way?

A lot of what we do as service designers is often kind of advocating for a different way of thinking. We are still trying to achieve an outcome for a user. It's just a little bit more removed. But you can still go through some of those same service design activities and you can really help to kind of, I don't know, even bringing the conversation into the room sometimes just achieves a bit of a different mindset.
