The Boomers Are Retiring
The labor force participation rate of the folks over 65 was pretty high. I think we're getting back to that historical norm if you go back into the 90s. The longer it goes on, the more I'm thinking this is going to stick. There's still a lot of excess cash for high-middle and high-income households. Unlike previous generations, as they've aged, they've not left the stock market.
