We've defaulted to an off-site prefabrication solution with things like precast concrete and complex structural steel that require a lot of shop drawings. So if you were to look at our project down in Mount Wellington Highway, it's about $160 million construction, we will have probably 20 shop drawings. A project of that scale would probably have 2,000 to 5,000 shop drawings typically. And one of the weaknesses in our industry is we love to sit and design and create bespoke componentry to then apply to that one project only.
