High jump has occupied all my time and energy with fitness pursuits. But now, because i have been injured a couple times from overdoing it on the jumping, i have strategically and purposely re integrated speed golf into my athletic scene. And so an entire course, if you run it, is somewhere around five miles, maybe up to six on a more windy course.
