How to Go From Pro to Pro in Engineering Leadership?
There is as much you can learn from a football coach or an athlete or a c o of a chemical company. You've got to understand how to pull from other areas and learn from it. Is there a point where we should be remersing ourselves far more into content that's may be not written for us as engineering leaders? I personally think so yes. But then again, that's my own bias coming up too, because i studied sports.
