How to Write a Good CV
You don't need to go back longer than 20 years on your CV. Your most recent career history is probably going to be the most relevant. If you have quite a lot of experience so for example my experience is quite long because I'm quite old you might want to have a section called earlier career history where you just write a few sentences about what you did more than 20 years ago. Many job seekers don't do and it's not just learners of English and this is they don't put their achievements on their CVs.
