I actually start the book by talking about the idea that it's surprisingly common for us to get stuck. I'd say it's universal and often people hide how stuck they are from the world. The last chapter is titled action above all because I think privileging action when you're stuck is the most important thing to do. When it feels impossible to act, you can act despite that sense that there's nothing that can be done. That's a sort of roadmap of the roadmap itself.
