I Loved the Menu So Much
I really love Stephen King's very understandable focus on what are people doing for work and how much is this going to cost. I was also wondering because like he just loves work especially in these early books. He loves talking about the menial jobs that people have and how they're slinging hash and painting lines in the road. Like do you think he ever just like went and like I don't know worked in a diner for a day because he felt sad to be out of the game? It took me 120 pages to tell you about Sarah deciding to say you're welcome or whatever in the car. The subject of his medical bills is present throughout the entire book which I love. This is
