The Importance of Investing in Fixed Income

I was in the right place at the right time. I ended up skipping my third year and then going into their associate training program for MBAs without the MBA. You meet a lot of people. There's great networking. You spend time on other asset classes, et cetera. And when it was all said and done, I always viewed that place and specifically in fixed income as the preeminent learning or training program if you come to Wall Street. It didn't serve me well. In retrospect at that time, looks like I made a career mistake.
