Artificial Intelligence in ScentCon Operations

ScentCon is a combatant command. The interest for us is technology that is mature right now, and that's ready right now. To do my job effectively requires that almost all of my projects are done in partnership with other joint directorates. I should not be running projects alone because that means that I'm not doing a good job of integrating it into the entire command structure.
