i am inspired by jack welsh's quote from the eighties. He said, when the change on the outside, exceeds the pace of change on the inside. And that's why innovation is so essential. Design thinking and magial methods and all these things are so essential. Because it's not just about transforming, but about doing it at a pace that will keep up with the market.
