Finshot's team has been working together for almost two years. Finshot: We never had the compulsion to grow at all costs. When you have this compulsive need to grow, it puts your employees under a lot of strain. The only other way for you to actually get them to stick to your organization is pay above and beyond what the market demands. And so i feel like that answers part of the question.
